Civil Team Leader

• Lead and manage a team of inspectors to ensure compliance with project specifications Saudi Building Codes and international standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to inspection teams to maintain high-quality standards.
• Review project deliverables and evaluate outcomes to ensure alignment with specifications and quality standards.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and documentation from the team as per client requirements.
• Responsible for inspection and testing of buildings according to Saudi building codes and international.
• Issue reports and documentation of findings and comments in accordance with Saudi building codes and international standards.
• Provide technical guidance and feedback to inspection team to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil engineering industry standards and regulations especially Saudi Building Code and International Standards.
• Describe and assess technical problems and develop proposed solutions.
• Follow up with inspection team regarding reports and inspections.
• Conduct inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with Saudi Building codes.
• Handle reassignment of responsibilities during emergency leaves to maintain workflow continuity.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
• 57 years of experience in civil engineering projects specializing in inspection supervision and construction activities
• Proven experience in Saudi Code and strong knowledge of international standards (ASTM ACI BS).
• Preferred experience in IDI program
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works including foundations concrete steel structures and finishing works.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Fluent in English language.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a team.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
