We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Civil Foreman in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction / Building Maintenance sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily building maintenance and civil repair activities.
- Allocate work and monitor productivity of site workers.
- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are followed.
- Coordinate with engineers and project management teams.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Inspect completed work and resolve site-related issues.
- Manage material usage and workforce effectively.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update supervisors.
Required Skills
- Building Maintenance Experience in maintenance of commercial or residential buildings.
- Civil Supervision Ability to manage site execution efficiently.
- Quality Control Ensure work meets engineering standards.
- Safety Compliance Knowledge of site safety procedures.
- Team Management Lead and coordinate site workers effectively.
Preferred Skills
- GCC/Saudi project experience.
- Ability to read civil drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in building maintenance and civil site supervision. Experience in large-scale maintenance projects and managing site teams is preferred.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma / B.E. Civil Engineering (Typical)
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Additional: HSE or Construction Safety Certification (Typical)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
