Civil Engineer (structural)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this role you will be responsible for overseeing construction supervision for infrastructure and road projects ensuring high-quality standards and efficient project execution.

• Manage and supervise infrastructure and road construction projects from inception to completion
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications quality standards and safety regulations
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress
• Prepare and review technical reports including progress reports change orders and quality control documentation
• Implement and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to local construction standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and efficiency

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software
• Strong knowledge of construction supervision techniques and quality control processes
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards and regulations
• Excellent project management skills including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
