CIVIL 3D MODELERS

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D civil infrastructure models using Autodesk Civil 3D.

• Create and update LOD 400 and LOD 500 models for utility networks including wet utilities (water sewer stormwater) and dry utilities (electric telecom gas).

• Coordinate models with architectural structural and MEP disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and design validation.

• Interpret and model based on civil engineering drawings survey data and topographic information.

• Support the generation of construction documents plan profiles sections and detail sheets.

• Maintain model quality control adhere to BIM standards and document modeling workflows.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate closely with designers engineers and BIM leads.

• Ensure data and model compliance with projectspecific and clientspecific BIM execution plans.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Drafting or related field.

• 3 of handson experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.

• Proficiency with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.

• Proven experience in wet and dry utility modeling.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling standards.

• Familiarity with BIM documentation standards (e.g. ISO 19650 PAS 1192 is a plus).

• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.

• Detailoriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
