As part of its executive leadership team the company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to shape its people strategy strengthen organizational capability and build a high-performance culture aligned with its strategic ambitions.

The Role

The CHRO will provide executive leadership across talent acquisition organizational development leadership development compensation and benefits employee engagement workforce planning and HR transformation while acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the enterprise people strategy.
  • Lead workforce planning and succession management.
  • Drive leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Lead compensation rewards and performance management strategies.
  • Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and governance standards.
  • Lead HR digital transformation initiatives.
  • Advise executive leadership on organizational design and talent risks.
  • Develop future leadership pipelines.
  • Present workforce analytics and HR strategy to executive leadership and the Board.
  • Build a high-performing HR function that supports business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Masters degree or MBA is highly desirable.
  • 18 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Strong background in organizational transformation and executive talent management.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
  • Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
