Charge Nurse - Emergency Room (ER)

Lead and supervise the ER nursing team during assigned shifts.

Coordinate patient admissions transfers and discharges to ensure efficient patient flow.

Assess prioritize and monitor critically ill or injured patients using triage principles.

Provide direct nursing care and assist during emergency procedures when needed.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver timely treatment.

Delegate tasks appropriately and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff.

Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources based on patient acuity.

Ensure compliance with infection control patient safety and quality assurance standards.

Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing records.

Mentor support and evaluate nursing staff while promoting continuous professional development.

Respond effectively to medical emergencies trauma cases and disaster situations.

Requirements

Requirements:

Charge Nurse with the last 2 years of experience in the same area
Nurse Specialist License
Dataflow and Mumaris
Nationality: Saudi and Western
Age requirement: Less than 40 years old
Female
Preferably deployable within 3 months

Required Skills:

1. Updated CV in word format 2. Diploma 3. TOR 4. RLE 5. Valid PRC ID (front&back) 6. PRC Board Certificate 7. PRC Board Rating 8. Certificate of Passing 9. Certificate of Good Standing (valid for 6 months prior to departure) 10. Certificates of Employment - (within the last 3 years of experience only from 2018-2021) 11. Valid Passport 12. Valid NBI 13. OET/IELTS Certificate Acceptable if Have not yet taken the exam 14. A screenshot of your NMBI registration/ongoing application OET Acceptable Results - OET (Nursing) with Grade B in three components and C in one component IELTS Acceptable Results - Overall IELTS score of 7.0 with a minimum of 6.5 in any one module.

Required Education:

Graduate of BS Nursing with valid PRC ID License
