• Collaborate with project teams on strategic assignments for leading companies across various industries
• Conduct in-depth market research data analysis and benchmarking to support project objectives
• Analyze complex business problems and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
• Develop presentations reports and other client deliverables to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations
• Participate in client meetings interviews and workshops to gather information validate hypotheses and support problem-solving
• Take ownership of workstreams and contribute to the development of strategic plans operating models and organizational redesigns
• Support quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities for growth efficiency and performance improvement

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration STEM Data Analytics
• Strong academic record
• 12 years of relevant experience in business analysis strategy consulting management consulting or a related field
• Demonstrated analytical structured problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong ability to analyze data identify insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or analytical tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with clients and senior team members
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative and team-oriented environment
