About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering and documenting business requirements analyzing data and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to provide insights and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed specifications.
- Support data collection validation and analysis activities to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports dashboards and presentations for management.
- Help evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with technical teams during solution design and testing phases.
- Support project management activities including tracking deliverables and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
- 12 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
