Job Summary

We are hiring for a Buggy Driver who will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting guests luggage and staff across the resort using buggy vehicles while delivering warm professional and timely service. The role ensures smooth guest mobility supports arrival and departure operations and contributes to a seamless luxury experience at SLS through excellent driving standards guest interaction and attention to safety and service detail. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Safely operate buggy vehicles to transport guests luggage and staff across the hotel. 
  • Provide warm courteous and professional service to all guests during transportation. 
  • Assist guests with boarding and exiting buggies including elderly guests VIPs and families. 
  • Transport guests promptly between villas rooms lobby restaurants beach areas and other hotel facilities. 
  • Support arrival and departure operations by assisting with guest luggage and transfers. 
  • Maintain cleanliness comfort and good condition of buggy vehicles at all times. 
  • Follow all hotel traffic rules safety procedures and speed regulations. 
  • Respond quickly to guest transportation requests via radio phone or dispatch system. 
  • Assist with VIP movements and special guest transportation arrangements. 
  • Coordinate closely with Bell Desk Concierge Front Office and Valet teams. 
  • Ensure accurate handling and safe movement of guest belongings when required. 
  • Conduct routine checks of buggy fuel battery brakes and overall vehicle condition. 

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Valid driving license appropriate for buggy or light vehicle operation (as per local regulations). 
  • 13 years of experience in driving guest transportation or hospitality operations preferred. 
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is an advantage. 
  • Basic understanding of resort operations and guest service standards. 
  • Knowledge of local traffic rules and safety regulations.
