Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of BMS Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking skilled motivated professionals with strong knowledge of building management systems equipment monitoring fault diagnosis preventive maintenance and team supervision. - Supervise daily operation and monitoring of Building Management System equipment and interfaces.
- Monitor HVAC electrical mechanical fire alarm and other integrated building systems through the BMS platform.
- Review system alarms identify abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance teams.
- Troubleshoot BMS controllers field devices sensors actuators communication networks and related control equipment.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for BMS-connected systems.
- Maintain system logs alarm records maintenance reports and equipment performance documentation.
- Supervise technicians and ensure maintenance activities follow approved procedures and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with facilities HVAC electrical and mechanical teams to maintain reliable building operations.
- Building Management Systems: Practical knowledge of BMS operation monitoring and control functions.
- HVAC Controls: Ability to understand AHU FCU chilled-water temperature pressure and ventilation control sequences.
- BMS Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose controller sensor actuator and communication faults.
- Alarm Management: Experience reviewing alarms determining causes and coordinating corrective action.
- Supervision: Ability to allocate work monitor technicians and ensure maintenance tasks are completed correctly.
- Knowledge of BACnet Modbus or similar building automation communication protocols.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance and facilities-management procedures.
- Experience preparing BMS operational and maintenance reports.
The posting does not specify an experience requirement. Typical for this role: approximately 47 years of relevant BMS/building automation or facilities-maintenance experience including supervisory exposure. Experience with commercial industrial infrastructure hospital hotel or large facilities environments is typically beneficial.
- Minimum: Typical Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation Mechanical HVAC or a related engineering discipline.
- Preferred: Relevant building automation/BMS certification.
- Additional: OEM or controls-platform certification may be advantageous.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
