BIM Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Operates with defined autonomy within established project parameters and organizational standards.
• Requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in BIM design coordination and multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Provides technical supervision and leadership to BIM teams ensuring quality productivity and compliance with project requirements.
• Manages and leads BIM personnel including assigning tasks monitoring performance and providing technical guidance and support.
• Delivers comprehensive training and technical guidance to design personnel on Building Information Modeling systems ensuring proficiency in 3D modeling project specifications and content management.
• Provides direct technical support to assigned projects ensuring production excellence and adherence to project timelines quality standards and deliverables.
• Oversees BIM coordination activities across multiple disciplines and ensures effective collaboration between design engineering and project teams.
• Develops and produces detailed drawings in accordance with industry standards and project specifications including precise placement of building components such as doors lighting fixtures and other architectural elements.
• Reviews BIM models drawings and deliverables to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with project standards.
• Maintains expertise in BIM best practices and stays current with system updates emerging technologies and industry advancements.
• Demonstrates strong team management leadership coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver under demanding project schedules.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Engineering (any discipline) from a recognized university
