BIM ModularJob Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling)
- Create 3D BIM models for inside and outside building scope
- Able to create BIM model out side the building for road Oily water storm water sanitary water landscaping and hardscaping system as well as site development.
- Develop plans sections elevations and details from 3D BIM model for buildings and outside building scope.
- Implement BIM standards (LOD definitions shared parameters naming work-sharing).
- Understand and implement industry BIM standards.
- Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards.
- Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.
- Interact with engineers architects and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings.
- 14 Year of experience in relevant field.
- Equivalent Degree
