Beauty Specialist

The Beauty Specialist is responsible for delivering expert advice personalized beauty consultations and exceptional service to clients. This role focuses on skincare cosmetics and fragrance ensuring a luxury customer experience while meeting sales targets and maintaining strong product knowledge.

• Provide tailored beauty consultations and recommend appropriate products to meet client needs.

• Demonstrate application techniques for skincare makeup and fragrance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Stay current with new product launches beauty trends and brand promotions.

• Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing display area.

• Assist with stock replenishment inventory checks and product merchandising.

• Drive sales through effective communication upselling and cross-selling.

• Process transactions accurately and professionally handle returns or complaints.

• Attend regular training sessions and participate in brand or in-store events.

• Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent (cosmetology or beauty certification preferred).

• 12 years of experience in beauty retail makeup artistry or skincare consulting.

• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients cosmetics and fragrances.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Well-groomed confident and passionate about the beauty industry.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.

• Retail or salon environment.

• Requires standing for long periods and handling various beauty products.

• May include evenings weekends or promotional events.
