Job Title: Auto Electrician Heavy Vehicles

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in heavy vehicles including wiring harnesses lighting systems alternators and batteries.
  

• Install maintain and repair electrical components such as starters ignition systems and control panels.
  

• Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize breakdowns.
  

• Read and interpret technical diagrams wiring schematics and manufacturer manuals.
  

• Test and calibrate electrical systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  

• Replace faulty parts and reassemble systems according to manufacturer specifications.
  

• Ensure all repairs comply with industry safety regulations and standards.
  

• Collaborate with mechanics and other technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
  

• Maintain accurate service records and report completed tasks to the supervisor.
  

• Stay updated on the latest automotive electrical technologies and repair techniques.
  

• Diploma / ITI in Auto Electrical Automobile Engineering or related field.
  

• Minimum 3 5 years of proven experience in auto electrical repairs for heavy vehicles.
  

• Valid driving license for heavy vehicles (preferred).
  

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic systems in heavy vehicles.
  

• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and specialized electrical tools.
  

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  

• Good understanding of vehicle safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet repair deadlines.
  

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
