Role Overview
We are inviting applications for Faculty positions (PhD) across our clients Engineering disciplines:Mechanical Industrial Civil and Electrical Engineering.The ideal candidates will drive technical innovation support rigorous academic standards and contribute to an expanding research footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized lectures and oversee practical laboratory sessions within your engineering discipline (Medium of Instruction: English).
- Actively support and maintain ABET and NCAAA accreditation standards through meticulous curriculum mapping and assessment.
- Lead applied engineering research initiatives and publish in high-impact peer-reviewed technical journals.
- Supervise senior design capstone projects and provide comprehensive student mentorship.
- Foster relationships with the industrial sector to secure research grants and practical opportunities for students.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:Must hold a PhD in Mechanical Industrial Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- University Ranking Criteria:To align with institutional excellence standards applicantsmusthold a PhD from a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai Ranking) Top 300 (Times Higher Education) or Top 200 (QS World University Rankings).
- Experience:Demonstrated ability in technical teaching and a strong portfolio of academic research.
- Language:Professional fluency in English.
