The Opportunity

The EY Immigration Team in MENA supports visa and immigration operations across multiple jurisdictions. As a Visa & Immigration Coordinator Associate you will be based in Riyadh and support the delivery of immigration processes for employees across the MENA region with a focus on KSA mobility requirements.

Reporting to the MENA Business Travel Leader you will assist in coordinating immigration activities supporting employees with queries and ensuring processes are completed accurately and in line with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Visa & Immigration

• Support end-to-end visa and immigration processes across MENA with a focus on Saudi Arabia (KSA) requirements.
• Coordinate with applicants government authorities and external vendors to assist in timely processing.
• Provide guidance to employees on visa procedures documentation and timelines under supervision.

Travel & Mobilization

• Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for secondees and business travelers.
• Support visa renewals extensions and related mobility requirements.

Coordination & Document Management

• Prepare and review immigration documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain up-to-date records and trackers for visa and mobility activities.

Compliance & Stakeholder Support

• Support adherence to KSA and MENA immigration laws and internal policies.
• Liaise with employees HR teams and external stakeholders to support smooth coordination.

Finance & Vendor Coordination

• Assist in processing immigration-related expenses and vendor invoices.
• Support tracking and reconciliation of costs.

Service Delivery

• Provide timely and accurate support to employees regarding immigration queries.
• Escalate issues were required and support resolution in a proactive manner.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Basic understanding of KSA immigration processes and requirements
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

• 13 years of relevant experience in immigration HR operations or coordination roles
• Exposure to visa processes within KSA and/or the MENA region
• Basic understanding of labor and immigration compliance
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ideally Youll Also Have

• Experience in a professional service or multinational environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
