Associate I- Reinsurance Contract Services

We are seeking a talented individual to join us at Guy Carpenter. We currently have a Reinsurance Contract Drafter role on ourBroking Support Services team.

We will count on you to:

• Manage assigned client base for all aspects of reinsurance contracts under minimal supervision.
• Draft reinsurance contracts for assigned client base in response to Broker and Client instructions to reflect the intent of reinsurance negotiations under minimal supervision.
• Manage the transmittal and of finalized reinsurance contracts coordinating with Brokers and Placement Support as needed.
• Input contract status data to the electronic document tracking system under minimal supervision to manage contract performance.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to educate and share knowledge on industry topics.
• Promote build and maintain relationships with Brokers and Clients.

What you need to have:

• Bachelors degree or experience in a relevant field.
• Solid customer service expertise of dealing with clients.
• 2 years of experience in Insurance and/or Reinsurance ideal.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and working effectively in a team.
