Area Manager (Specialty Coffee)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager (Specialty Coffee) to join a leading organisation in the food and beverage sector. This is a Full-Time position based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a profound understanding of the specialty coffee industry and a proven track record in multi-site management. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence financial performance and brand consistency across a portfolio of specialty coffee shops in your designated area. Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple coffee shops ensuring seamless execution and adherence to company standards.
• Lead mentor and develop a team of Store Managers fostering a culture of high performance teamwork and exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales and profitability by analysing financial reports managing budgets and implementing effective strategies to control costs and maximise revenue.
• Uphold the highest standards of coffee quality beverage preparation and presentation across all locations.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience is consistently delivered addressing customer feedback and actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels supply chain logistics and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and minimise waste.
• Guarantee that all stores comply with local health safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance provide feedback and support store teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-site management role such as an Area Manager or Cluster Manager preferably within the specialty coffee or premium hospitality sector.
• A genuine passion for and deep knowledge of specialty coffee including brewing methods bean origins and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen with demonstrable experience in managing P&L budgets and key performance indicators.
• Exceptional organisational problem-solving and communication skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driving licence and the willingness to travel frequently within the Riyadh area.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
