ARCHIECTURE MODELER

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 3D architectural and interior design BIM models using Revit ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
  
• Coordinate architectural models with structural MEP and ID disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.
  
• Interpret design drawings sketches and markups to produce accurate and detailed BIM content.
  
• Support the production of construction documentation including plans sections elevations and schedules.
  
• Maintain project model integrity through updates revisions and version control throughout design and construction phases.
  
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide modelbased solutions to support project delivery.
  
• Create and manage Revit families templates and libraries in line with office standards.
  
• Assist in implementing and adhering to projectspecific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  
• Provide guidance to junior modelers and contribute to BIM workflow improvements.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural and ID BIM modeling.
  
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit for architectural and interior design applications.
  
• Proficiency in Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
  
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing materials and construction methods.
  
• Familiarity with local and international codes and documentation standards.
  
• Experience working on largescale commercial residential or mixeduse developments.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across disciplines in a fastpaced environment.
