Job Summary

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that program and project requirements are being met.
  • Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client and the stakeholders.
  • Review submitted shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings & specifications local codes statutory requirements and international airport design and operations best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all Hill internal processes and procedures.
  • Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
  • Time management and task prioritization skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant airport experience in large-scale projects.
  • Prepares interior design RFPs and drawings for projects including conceptual design space planning and drawing
  • layout development of details construction documents coordination with other disciplines and construction administration.
  • Determines design criteria based on ADRM and ICAO drawing sequence and presentation sizing various system components and refining rough sketches and notes to include materials furniture and casework elements.
  • Responsible for working on all phases of company projects such as client and stakeholder relationships design specifications project team coordination construction documents and consultant interaction.
  • Gathers and prepares information regarding cost and time estimates material requirements and completion times.
  • Supervise and monitor work progress.
  • Work closely with designers decorators architects consultants and constructors.
  • Experience of working internationally (preference for the Middle East / KSA).
