Job Summary

Description

The Role

  • Welcome visitors and clients and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Answer incoming phone calls transfer calls and take messages when required.
  • Receive sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments meetings and manage calendars.
  • Prepare format and print correspondence reports and official documents.
  • Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems ensuring records are kept up to date.
  • Monitor and respond to administrative emails and inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting rooms as required.
  • Monitor office supply requests and ensure adequate stock of stationery and office materials.
  • Enter data and update administrative records and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company information and documents.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management within the scope of the position.


Qualifications

The Requirements

  • High school diploma as a minimum requirement; a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in reception or administrative support is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Good knowledge of email systems and general office software.
  • Saudi National only

  • Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

  • Office-based position during official working hours.
  • Regular interaction with clients visitors and company employees.
