Technical Customer Support with German
Job Summary
The Technical Support Specialist will join a dynamic customer experience team and become an integral part of the companys day-to-day operations. The role will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to German-speaking customers ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Role description:
Handle customer inquiries via phone calls;
Provide accurate technical information regarding products;
Troubleshoot customer issues and offer clear effective solutions;
Escalate complex cases when necessary following internal procedures;
Document interactions accurately in CRM systems;
Meet quality productivity and customer satisfaction targets;
Maintain a customer-focused empathetic and professional communication style.
Qualifications:
Fluent in German (spoken and written) C1 level;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools;
Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is an advantage but not mandatory.
