- Recycle loop is utilising the latest technology and data to enable customers to make the best possible use of their materials.
- Comply loop is enabling customers to solve increasingly complex environmental regulatory challenges using data expert knowledge and thought leadership to drive business accountability across the globe.
- Re-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns fulfilment and processing on behalf of many of Europes largest retailers.
About the role
As a ServiceNow Developer at Reconomy you will play a key role in designing developing and enhancing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business operations and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Working closely with Product Owners stakeholders and cross-functional teams you will deliver scalable high-quality applications and integrations that align with Reconomys technology strategy. You will contribute to platform development system integrations process automation and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring best practices platform stability and an excellent user experience across the organization.
What we need from you
- 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development-focused role.
- Strong hands-on experience designing developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules (Incident Change Problem Service Catalog etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS AngularJS AJAX Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Flow Designer and Service Portal.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Experience participating in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting debugging and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting platform upgrades reviewing skipped updates and driving continuous platform improvements.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable; additional ServiceNow certifications are considered a strong advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
