About the Role
Want to shape how millions of users experience digital products through data and experimentation
Were looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead A/B testing and data-driven decision making across the digital user journey. Youll operate at the intersection of product business and data driving measurable impact on customer experience engagement and conversion.
What youll do:
Lead and scale A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive decisions
Turn complex data into clear insights and compelling stories
Contribute to the full lifecycle of data-driven digital products from the initial ideation stage through to development and performance analysis
Define tracking and measurement strategies across web & app
Own reporting and dashboards for product performance
Drive alignment and evangelize data-driven thinking
What you bring:
5 years in Digital Analytics / Data Analysis
Strong expertise in experimentation & hypothesis-driven testing
Hands-on experience with GA4 tag management (GTM / Tealium)
Experience with Tableau Looker Power BI or similar
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable in fast-paced environments
Nice to have
Experience with Monetate or similar A/B testing tools
Knowledge of CDP personalization
Background in Travel Retail or eCommerce
