Platforms Integration Specialist

As our Platforms Integration Specialistyou will have a crucial role in the launch of new sales platforms. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure an efficient Go-Live.

You will:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of a new platform from kick-offs with external stakeholders to internal stakeholders to have a smooth integration;

• Gather information to understand the vidaXL Way of Work and have a clear understanding of how to successfully integrate your platforms;

• Coordinate cross-functional departments within vidaXL to achieve a smooth integration process;

• Register comprehensive documentation of the integration process and agreements made with external partners;

• Advise the Technical Operational department and involved stakeholders ofthe best way to integrate/migrate the sales channel focusing on the order journey;

• Attend/ host meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fluid fast-paced team environment and able to respond to changing priorities;

• Attention to details ability to multitask and take on several projects at once and ability to define priorities independently based on commercial goals;

• Proactive person;

• Strong communication skills technical and nontechnical;

• Microsoft Package Knowledge (Excel Word PPT) Google Drive knowledge;

• Fluency in English;

• Nice to have: Knowledge of e-commerce.
