This role is part of the Global Trainee Program (GTP) a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience and receive structured training over a 2-year period.

Recent graduate in Engineering (Mechanical Mechatronics Automation Industrial or similar)
Curious proactive and hands-on
Enthusiastic about technology automation and industrial engineering
Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Your Day-to-Day
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve performance and efficiency
Design and refine manufacturing practices in line with quality standards
Use data analysis and cost evaluations to drive continuous improvement
Provide technical support for new projects related to equipment and production lines
Ensure machinery and instruments meet performance and efficiency criteria
Follow HSE (Health Safety & Environment) procedures conduct inspections and report incidents or observations
