Job Summary

As the Administrative & Payroll Manager you will be the backbone of our

operational efficiency. This is a dual-impact role: youll lead the strategic oversight of our

administrative functions while ensuring our payroll processes are executed with surgical

precision. We are looking for a seasoned professional who balances a people-first mentality

with a data-driven approach to compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Compensation Strategy

  • End-to-End Processing: Oversee the preparation distribution and management of

complex payroll ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.

  • Compliance & Tax: Ensure all payroll practices align with local state and regulations.

  • Systems Management: Lead the implementation of HRIS/Payroll software.

  • Audit & Reporting: Conduct regular internal audits and prepare detailed reports on

labor costs overtime trends and budget variances.

Administrative Leadership
  • Admin Operations: Prepare the hiring process A-Z for each new joiner exit documents

and any other employee documentation

  • Policy Development: Design and implement administrative SOPs (Standard Operating

Procedures) to improve organizational scaling.

  • Executive Support: Manage high-level administrative projects and provide guidance to

the executive team on operational bottlenecks.

Team Management
  • Mentorship: Lead and develop a small team of administrative and payroll coordinators

fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Finance and HR to ensure

data integrity across departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Admin & Payroll

  • Experience in leadership - nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming industry - nice to have

  • Experience in Employee Relations matters - nice to have

  • Bachelor Degree

  • English - advanced level

Physical & Work Environment

  • Location: Work from office - Bld. Nicolae Caramfil Bucharest

  • Schedule: Full-time Monday- Friday.
