Role Purpose

This role provides operational logistical and administrative support to ensure the secure and compliant delivery of exams in line with British Council policies processes and awarding body regulations. You will support the preparation and availability of venues equipment and materials contribute to testday delivery and posttest activities and help maintain the security and integrity of all exam operations.

The role supports the coordination preparation and monitoring of internal and external venues and equipment working closely with delivery teams to ensure readiness at every stage of the exam cycle. By supporting materials handling venue setup and testday activities you will contribute directly to the smooth consistent and highquality delivery of exam services.

Role Accountabilities

You will support testday and posttest operations in line with global standards and local procedures assisting with venue identification booking and preparation and ensuring that signage materials equipment and IT resources are available and ready for use. You will support the secure handling storage transport and posttest processing of confidential materials act as an operational point of contact for venue staff and supervisors during delivery and participate in testday rosters as required to ensure appropriate coverage.

You will follow all exam security integrity and confidentiality requirements supporting venue audits and compliance with health and safety protocols and escalating incidents breaches or irregularities promptly. You will also provide logistical and information support to candidates venue staff and delivery teams assist with basic financial and resource tracking and plan and prioritise your workload to meet tight delivery deadlines including early mornings or weekends where required.

Qualification

  • Degree or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

Essentials:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeframes.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in line with testday delivery requirements.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English is required as British Council systems and global processes operate in English.

Desirables:

  • Basic understanding of risk compliance and confidentiality procedures.
  • Experience in logistics event coordination or regulated service delivery.
  • Experience working with assessment or exams services.

  • Salary: 5200 RON
