Job Summary
Role Overview & Expanded Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the tools ecosystem supporting Cloud 2.0 infrastructure transition and steadystate operations ensuring tool readiness stability and minimal business disruption in large enterprise / telco environments.
Drive endtoend tool onboarding transition planning execution and governance including knowledge transfer secondary and primary support enablement and steadystate tool operations.
Design implement and continuously enhance automationfirst tooling for provisioning orchestration monitoring remediation and lifecycle management across infrastructure platforms.
Ensure tools effectively support high availability resilience DR/BCP and operational excellence across compute storage network and middleware domains.
Own asset discovery inventory accuracy lifecycle visibility and contract alignment through tooling supporting transition due diligence and ongoing operations.
Act as the technical lead for tools within a PODbased delivery model collaborating closely with SRE Cloud Automation Security Projects and Command Centre teams.
Drive continuous improvement of the tools landscape through FinOps enablement cost transparency experience (XLA) measurement and KPI/SLA instrumentation.
Support infraled projects such as lifecycle refresh migrations and technology transformations by standardizing tooling automating workflows and enforcing governance controls.
