Senior IT Application SAP SuccessFactors & Analytics Cloud (SAC) FM

Responsibilities

• Design and operate integrations between SF EC SAP HCM/ERP and third-party applications

• Build and maintain CPI/BTP iFlows APIs mappings and monitoring

• Replace legacy interfaces and establish consistent data contracts and effective dating logic

• Ensure SAC-ready data structures and support model/story creation

• Manage monitoring error handling root cause analysis and stabilization of integrations

• Provide technical governance documentation and interface lifecycle management

Candidate profile

• 5 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors integrations (EC Compound Employee OData/APIs)

• Strong skills in SAP Integration Suite (CPI/CI) and SAP BTP

• Solid understanding of SAP HCM on-prem and Payroll

• SAC knowledge in HR context is a plus

• Analytical mindset strong problem solving skills and excellent communication

• Fluency in English; Romanian or German are an advantage

• Enjoy collaborating in international teams and working in modern HRIT environments
