Job Summary

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Business Development Manager based in Greece. Youll lead growth and gotomarket strategy for our power and energy solutions across key industrial and infrastructure customers.

Aggreko is expanding in Greece and this role is central to building longterm highimpact customer partnerships while accelerating our market presence.

About the Role

Youll shape and execute Aggrekos commercial growth strategy in Greece focusing on complex energyintensive customers and largescale projects.

You will:

  • Lead gotomarket strategy for power and energy solutions in Greece

  • Build strong relationships with industrial commercial and infrastructure customers: Data Center Mining Shipping Utilities

  • Develop longterm opportunities across major projects and energyintensive sectors

  • Represent Aggreko with customers partners and key stakeholders

  • Drive sustainable revenue and market share growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand Aggrekos customer base across commercial industrial and publicsector organisations

  • Develop and deliver an annual sales plan focused on revenue margin and growth

  • Identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts through consultative selling

  • Lead negotiations presentations and contract closure with senior decisionmakers

  • Collaborate with operational technical and legal teams to ensure successful delivery

What Were Looking For

  • Degree in business or technical studies (or equivalent experience)

  • Significant experience in B2B sales ideally within energy power or infrastructure solutions

  • Strong understanding of procurement bidding and tender processes

  • Experience working with largescale or energyintensive customers in Greece

  • Fluent Greek and English with strong communication and negotiation skills
