Strategic Administration Officer
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and aligning administrative strategies with ministerial goals ensuring efficient governance and policy implementation in the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic administrative frameworks.
- Coordinate with the management to align administrative functions with strategic objectives.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and governmental regulations.
- Lead initiatives to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for executive review.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Public Administration Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in administrative leadership roles including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental entity within the State of Qatar.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and Administration development.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
