<p>As the CEO-Founder of Beyond Universe XR & AI Solutions, I was responsible for defining and executing the company's strategy for applied AI, XR/spatial computing, and automation solutions across various sectors including education, healthcare, government, and enterprise use cases. I spearheaded the development of new offerings from scratch, identifying client pain points, prioritizing high-value use cases, coordinating technical design, packaging commercial propositions, and leading go-to-market strategies. One of my significant achievements was the creation of HoloStrata, a product that secured 160 unit orders in 2026, generating approximately US$1.5M in revenue. This demonstrated my end-to-end ability to convert innovation into revenue-generating products. In addition to this, I led customer discovery, solution roadmaps, proposals, RFP responses, commercial negotiations, partner engagement, and executive steering for complex technology programs. I coordinated technical teams and specialists to deliver AI-assisted experiences, immersive platforms, content-management workflows, and digital learning solutions. Furthermore, I drove adoption through stakeholder workshops, executive communication, training, governance, and post-deployment improvement. This role required a high level of strategic thinking, leadership, innovation, and technical expertise.</p>

<p>As the Founder and General Manager from January 2004 to May 2011, I established an early web-solutions business that specialized in delivering custom .NET web applications, content-management systems, and digital platforms for clients based in the UAE. My role was multifaceted, combining software delivery with client consulting, account growth, and project management. I was instrumental in driving business development, identifying new opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. My leadership and strategic planning skills were key in steering the company towards its objectives, while my technical expertise ensured the delivery of high-quality, innovative web solutions. I also played a pivotal role in team building and talent management, ensuring the right skills were in place to meet the evolving needs of the business and our clients.</p>

<p>As the Chair of the Creativity & Innovation Committee and acting COO, I spearheaded the technology strategy, operational transformation, and innovation initiatives for an engineering and facilities-management organization operating within a high-governance government environment. My leadership led to the advancement of paperless and digital workflow programs, and the introduction of emerging technologies into engineering and FM operations. These technologies included Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Augmented Reality (AR), robotics, automation, and blockchain/Web3 concepts. In collaboration with executive stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and operational functions, I evaluated new technologies, shaped business cases, managed implementation risks, and translated innovation into practical operating improvements. Furthermore, I oversaw multi-disciplinary operations, vendors, and strategic initiatives, effectively balancing governance, service delivery, commercial priorities, and organizational change. This role required a strong focus on strategic planning, team leadership, and the ability to drive innovation in a complex, regulated environment.</p>

<p>As the Founder and General Manager from May 2011 to July 2019, I established and managed technology-driven ventures that commercialized advanced building, energy-efficiency, and facilities-management solutions in the UAE. I was instrumental in introducing and selling innovative technologies such as nano-coatings, solar-assisted cooling, and autonomous cleaning/maintenance robotics. This involved building strong relationships with international technology providers and institutional customers. I was responsible for all aspects of business development, including solution design, commercial negotiations, partner management, project delivery, operations, and profit and loss accountability. My role required strategic planning, leadership, and a deep understanding of the technology market to ensure the successful operation and growth of the business.</p>
