DATA ANALYST
Design, Evaluate, and Standardize Modify (Variable Incentive Compensation) VIC models as per business requirements across functions and geographies.
Study performance trends to identify issues /model enhancement opportunities and share recommendations.
Evaluate impact and Final rollout of changed models post-approval from authorities.
Coordination with respective functions stakeholders (Monitoring team, CB team, etc.) for all data requirements for processing and Headcount management for FTEs /NFTEs for VIC eligibility, VIC / Bonus mapping.
Monthly VIC processing for aligned functions within defined timelines and submission of final VIC payout post requisite validation approvals
Responsible for preparing VIC input data like productivity reports, Roster Attendance related inputs for VIC processing.
Liaise with respective function to gather contest construct proposals in the structured format ensuring submission of final payout in the defined format post matching the output with the other team member.
Analysis of data based on last 3-6 months' trend across teams, roles, etc, and simulations to be done for decision making.
Timely preparation and dissemination of Performance analysis deck around insights, Outliers, and trends, Highlighting Top Bottom performers to relevant stakeholders.
Analyze internal processes to identify digitization/process enhancement opportunities.
Compliance with the functional process to ensure Audit readiness for Internal and external audits.
