Preparing the bill of material and checking with the inventory for availability and selecting alternatives when necessary
Following up the manufacturing process from the metal workshop and assuring that all requirements like measurements, paint, IP protection degree, connection opening are met

Responsible for the whole electrical system inside the animal feed mill
In charge of making the coordination between the Turkish manufacturer and the local sub-contractors in all phases of the project; Steel construction, machine mounting, air system installation, steam system installation, and electrical installation
Responsible for testing on all the electrical and electronic connections, namely all motors, air valves, loadcells, magnetic sensors, capacitive and inductive sensors, temperature sensors, liquid level sensors, motorized level sensors, safety switches, and emergency stops
Responsible for calibrating all scales and sensor sensitivity
Together with the Turkish supervision team, operating the plant step by step, making all first settings when required, checking the functionality of all machines and equipment
Supervising the manufacturing processes of the project (Mechanical and Electronic assembly of X-Ray scanning devices)
Setting the calibration values for the imaging system
Implementing the final tests of the X-Ray device by testing the cabling and the functionality of the device
Arranging and providing the required training for the end-customers
Providing after-sales remote technical support in cases of any fault
Getting feedback from customers to diagnosis the Pros and the cons of the system to improve future products
As the main activity of the company is manufacturing electrical panels, I had the chance to work in the production, testing, designing of different types of LV electrical panels; such as, Automation Electrical Panels, MCC, Power Distribution Electrical Panels, Compensation electrical panels
