As a SEPO Investigation Specialist I-EN, PQ-Ops at Amazon, I handle data, organize data, and make critical decisions for seller experience performance organization. I am also a process expert and a team leader in my current role, managing team meetings, coaching and mentoring new hires. I have received multiple honors and awards for my performance and motivation, such as High flyer of the year and Aviator of the month twice
In addition to my work experience, I am pursuing a postgraduate degree in Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst from International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, which I expect to complete in July 2024. I have a bachelor's degree in Information Science/Studies from Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management, which I have completed in 2019. SEPO Investigation Specialist I-EN (PQ Ops) Level 4 IC
Worked in Seller Performance Research Organization to maintain high quality product on the E-Commerce platform. Analyzing seller habits & taking critical end decisions after complete review of seller account profile. Reviewing seller account profile, seller appeals and invoices provided by the seller. Identifying and analyzing the impact of seller and product quality complaints of customer acquisition & behavior, and retention. Reviewing huge data sets effectively via internal amazon tools mainly consisting order performance charts. Performing data analysis & reviewing seller account appeals in order to take end decisions maintaining the leadership principle of customer obsession. External calls were made to suppliers all over the world depending on the marketplace or orgs, post 2 years of completion - promoted as a Level 4 Individual Contributor (SME). Multiple brands review, high volume seller review initial product entry review on the basis of invoices that varied for multiple different countries.
