• End to end Power BI Dashboard development, deployment (publishing of reports), report automation, create pages like Agent Performance Report, Monthly and Daily performance report, Call Detail Report, Monthly billing.
• Develop Global Short-Term and Long-Term forecasts for all call volumes.
• Write DAX, create hierarchies, put row level security, set schedule refresh, Data modeling, Data manipulation, build interactive visualizations.
• Use SQL server to create store procedure, BULK import, create views, write DDL, DML, DCL commands, joins.
