I have over 25 years of experience as a social worker. I have international experience as well, as I worked in the UK as a social worker with refugee children. I also worked as a paediatric case manager, for children and adolescents with special needs. As a school social worker, I work at 4 different schools, providing socioemotional support and counseling to children and adolescents. I work at a hospital once a month, providing support to new mothers and women. These mothers have had a history of post-partum depression and/or anxiety. Some of the women may have experienced a stillbirth, therefore, my role is to provide them with bereavement support, including making funeral arrangements.
