Working on over 2000 mobile devices, conducting reconciliation
Transferring all participants’ data existing in paper formats into an MS Access Database System
Verifying and cleaning all data in database system by comparing it to source documents
Making telephone calls to participants to collect additional information and update incomplete records
Updating/cleaning records already entered into the database system and excel templates
Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
Sorting and organizing paperwork into arc folders after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Providing support for hardware, software and users
