As a Data Analyst my job is to perform Exploratory Data Analytics, preparation of summary Dashboards using PowerBI to provide actionable insights, Feature Engineering, Perform A/B testing, Hypothesis testing, Excel Macros and VBA, Pivot table.
Responsible for Exploratory Data Analytics
preparation of summary Dashboards using Power BI
Feature Engineering
Perform A/B testing
Hypothesis testing
Review data for consistency
understand business problems
deliver the required solution to assist decision making for management
1. Compile Departmental data/ Products data.
2. Review data for Errors.
3. Perform Analytics to provide actionable insights.
4. Prepare PowerBI Dashbords.
5. Use automation to reduce the time require to complete repetitive tasks (e.g. Mail Merge)
Automated generation of multiple documents using Mail Merge
Use google sheets & google form to automate flow of queries from vendors to working teams
Extensive use of Excel Macros/ VBA to automate costing of thousands of Items on a ship
