I have 29 years of experience in systems development, mainly in the banking CORE, as well as in the sector of: Insurance, Laboratories, Automotive, Restaurants, among others. Of the innumerable systems projects that I have led, towards which the team interacts with the client, user, owner of the product, many years later that work method was known as agile management or Agile. Expert in SQL, Database and leading multidisciplinary teams.
I am a Certified Scrum Trainer, Agile Coach and Speaker. I am very passionate when I do any tech or Soft Skills training. I am an innate leader and formed in the fire of resilience. I can occupy a leadership position, project management or customer success and build high performing teams.
