<p>Collaborate with physicians, clinical operations teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for healthcare initiatives supporting operational efficiency and patient care.</p><p> Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions to identify business needs, define project scope, and translate complex requirements into user stories and functional specifications.</p><p> Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flow diagrams, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs).</p><p> Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to refine backlogs, prioritize requirements, and support Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.</p><p> Analyze current-state (AS-IS) workflows and design future-state (TO-BE) business processes to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.</p><p> Build SQL queries to validate business data and design interactive Power BI dashboards monitoring operational KPIs, patient workflow trends, and executive performance metrics.</p><p> Ensure business processes and reporting solutions align with HIPAA compliance and organizational data governance standards, leveraging Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Azure OpenAI to accelerate documentation and reporting.</p><p> Partner with QA teams to define UAT scenarios, coordinate testing, validate requirements, and obtain stakeholder sign-off before production deployment.</p>
