AI automation and systems engineer with about four years of IT and software work, owning systems across the full SDLC: planning and requirements, design, development, CI/CD deployment, monitoring and maintenance. At BlueOceanSP since April 2025 I build n8n and Python automations that connect Salesforce CRM, the WhatsApp Business API, email and internal tools through REST APIs, webhooks and JSON, and I built and deployed a production LLM app there. I build AI agents with OpenAI, Gemini and Claude models, tool calling and MCP servers, and turn manual business processes into reliable workflows. <p>Own systems end to end for hotel and back-office operations: gather requirements, plan and design, develop, deploy through CI/CD, then monitor and maintain them in production.</p><p> Built and deployed a production LLM app at BlueOceanSP, taking it from requirements and prompt design through integration, CI/CD deployment and ongoing monitoring and fixes in production.</p><p> Build Python and n8n automations that integrate the WhatsApp Business API and Salesforce CRM (CRM design and development) through REST APIs, and automate recurring support fixes and database backups.</p><p> Deploy and run the infrastructure these systems depend on: Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, plus AWS, Azure and GCP, with monitoring, user access, security controls and Power BI reporting.</p><p> First point of contact for clients by phone, email and chat: handle 15+ tickets a day plus calls and team messages as L2 support with L3 escalation, following ITIL.</p><p> Support OPERA PMS, POS, Salesforce, Delphi and reservation systems for hotel projects involving Highgate, Hilton, Viceroy and Vermost Bond, and run root cause analysis with SaaS vendors on complex incidents.</p>
<p>Delivered features end to end for a large-scale cloud video streaming platform in Laravel (PHP): requirements, design, development, testing and release in an Agile Scrum team (sprint planning, code reviews).<br>
Built and optimised RESTful APIs and database queries for high-volume traffic, with AWS S3 for video storage.<br>
Ran scheduled backups, failover procedures and monitoring to keep the platform available.</p>
<p>Delivered complete software projects for independent clients across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, development, deployment and ongoing maintenance, with documentation and troubleshooting.</p>
