Network Data Management Data Analyst with experience analyzing incoming requests, identifying issues, determining root causes, and creating SQL automations to clean and report data more efficiently. Experience also includes data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, stakeholder liaison, and bookkeeping across financial and insurance-related roles.
Analyze incoming requests, identify issues, determine root causes, and participate in the development of solutions.
Work with various applications and cross-referencing data.
Report reconciliation, development, and presentation on a timely basis.
Participate in standing meetings as necessary, providing the data necessary for such meetings.
Liaison with various stakeholders to solve applicable issues or answer inquires.
Collaborate with other Business, Data, or System Analysts and/or Project Managers in the execution of various projects.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Create SQL automations to clean and report data more efficiently and quickly.
Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on department related databases and software.
Assist clients, agents, trusts, back office, etc. in answering questions and information regarding New York Life Fixed Deferred and Income Annuities.
Responsible for being the first point of contact in taking charge and solving customer issues.
Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
Identifies issues in data quality that would impact reporting (i.e. duplicate records, missing data, etc.).
Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping for corporation and clients.
Enter in client invoices and automatic payments.
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll.
Responsible of daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
