<p>Manage the end-to-end e-invoicing lifecycle across multiple supplier portals and enterprise systems, including Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other business applications.</p><p> Monitor invoice workflows from submission and validation through approval, rejection, and payment, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding invoices.</p><p> Perform invoice reconciliation between supplier portals and internal systems, identifying discrepancies, missing invoices, incorrect amounts, duplicate records, and status mismatches.</p><p> Oversee customer follow-up to obtain required GRN, ASN, and SES for invoice submission, while coordinating with customers and internal teams to secure POs required for invoice creation.</p><p> Review rejected, pending, and blocked invoices, identify internal issues and rejection root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve problems and ensure successful resubmission.</p><p> Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards covering invoice status, payment progress, aging, outstanding invoices, rejection reasons, internal issues, and unbilled projects and services, highlighting key issues and coordinating with relevant teams to drive timely resolution.</p><p> Develop PMO reports and dashboards covering project progress, project costs, manpower utilization, inventory status, and key project KPIs to support project monitoring and management decision-making.</p><p> Develop sales performance reports and dashboards covering quotation-to-order conversion rates, salesperson performance, sales targets vs. actuals, order pipeline, revenue trends, and key sales KPIs.</p><p> Analyze invoice, financial, operational, customer, quotation, order, and sales data using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to support reconciliation, reporting, data validation, performance monitoring, and management decision-making.</p>
