Project 1: Order Acceptance Check list - This project is used to maintain and track order details received from partner, once an Order case is created in salesforce based on the Order coverage and Order value it automatically triggers approval process. This helps the user to know the status of the case.
Project 2: Creating user based Record - This project allows user to create cases based on their business type. Depending on the record selection user will get different page layout & custom fields. Using Record types User can easily update the required fields this helps user to navigate easily.
