Managed the product lifecycle from requirement gathering and solution design through development, testing, UAT, deployment, and continuous improvement.</p><p>The solution uses Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and AI-based document verification to automatically identify HR document types, extract and validate key information, enforce document-sharing policies, and securely deliver approved documents to employees’ personal email addresses. Introduced automated validation, business rules, monthly limits, audit tracking, and approval controls to improve security, compliance, user experience, and operational efficiency.</p>
