Application Position：INFOMARTION TECHNOLOGY PROFESSION
<p>Customer development: develop new customers through online foreign trade development platforms (Tengai online market) and exhibitions.<br>
Customer reception: responsible for domestic and international exhibitions, receiving customers to visit the company and factories, following up with customers regularly, handling inquiries, printing samples, tracking production progress and delivery matters.<br>
Achievements: the monthly amount of performance is about USD$150,000, and the timely rate of payment collection is maintained at 90%.</p>
<p>Provide technical support and maintenance for company system, troubleshoot hardware/software issues.<br>
Ensure network security, assist with IT projects, configure device, manage user accounts and maintain IT documentation.<br>
Monitor company system for security threats, implement security patches/ updates to incidents and promote security awareness.<br>
Support stuff with tech needs.</p>
