Completed practicum on the relationship between TNF and SBP: performed ELISA assay for plasma sample to measure TNF-α, and carried out quantitative analysis of ELISA data; manipulated and conducted complex secondary analysis for DASH-sodium trial. Worked collaboratively with pharmacist (PI), epidemiologist, and professor who helped with writing manuscript.
Carried out an in-depth literature search to understand the mechanism of TNF-α in the kidney.
