Experienced in supervising spinning operations and analyzing production, quality, downtime, and workforce data. Skilled in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, databases, and statistical analysis, with practical experience consolidating operational data and developing KPI reports. Seeking a Production Data Analyst role to combine shop-floor knowledge with technology and analytics to strengthen data accuracy, improve performance visibility, and support informed production decisions.
<p>Supervise one of the plant’s seven spinning production lines, coordinating operators and monitoring machine operation, production progress, and yarn quality.</p><p> Collect, consolidate, and transform production, quality, downtime, and workforce data from multiple operational sources into a centralized reporting dataset.</p><p> Develop and maintain daily, monthly, and annual KPI reports covering production performance, quality, downtime, and workforce productivity across seven production lines.</p><p> Analyze manufacturing data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities, supporting informed production decisions.</p><p> Monitor yarn quality using MillMaster and Uster Quantum systems to support compliance with quality standards and production requirements.</p>
<p>Processed, analyzed, and visualized real-world datasets using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.<br>
